The heart of religious operations. Reuses DISA's existing sevas table as the ritual catalog — does not duplicate. Adds: instances (specific dates), archaka rosters, samagri indents, capacity bookings, post-event reports.


Sub-module 1: Festival Calendar & Daily Rituals

Form 1.1 — Festival Calendar Entry

Purpose: Plan annual major festivals (Janmashtami, Datta Jayanti, Maha Shivaratri etc.) with multi-year recurrence. Who fills: Tenant-admin or module-admin (religious operations). Annual setup.

Submit action: Generates event_instances rows for the next N years on the computed date. Related: Each generated instance becomes a planning record (Form 2.1 onwards).

Form 1.2 — Daily Ritual Schedule (Nitya)

Purpose: Recurring daily worship — Sandhya, Pratahkal pooja, Sayamkal pooja, Maha-Mangalarati.

Sub-module 2: Ritual Catalog (extends DISA's sevas)

Form 2.1 — Ritual / Seva Master Entry

Purpose: Master list of named sevas/homas/vratams with archaka qualifications and naivedyam specs.

Sub-module 3: Kalyanotsavam, Vratam & Bookings

Purpose: Devotee books a specific ritual on a specific date (e.g. their child's first-rice ceremony).

Submit action: Creates event_instance, auto-generates samagri indent, books archaka, creates Vitta donation entry. Related: Triggers Comms invitation/confirmation to devotee.


Sub-module 4: Capacity & Resource Booking

Form 4.1 — Resource Booking

Purpose: Reserve specific halls/rooms for a private event so two events don't overlap.

Sub-module 5: Archaka Roster

Purpose: Assign which staff/archaka performs which event. System checks qualification match.

Sub-module 6: Volunteer Coordination

Purpose: Pull volunteers from Members Suite by skill match for an event.

Workflow

A new event flows: Festival Calendar / Booking → Capacity Check → Archaka Roster → Volunteer Match → Samagri Indent → Devotee Invitation → Event Day → Attendance → Post-event Report. Each stage hands off to a different module: Asset Mgmt for resources, Inventory for samagri, Comms for invitations, Vitta for sambhavana payments and donation accounting, Newsletter for publishing the report.
