Free trial
The first 30 days of any new tenant registration are free. No payment is required during the trial. You can cancel before the trial ends with no charge.
Subscription cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from /admin/subscription.
Refunds
- Within 7 days of any monthly charge: full refund on written request to tech@dharmaposhanam.in.
- After 7 days: pro-rata refund for the unused portion of the current billing period, at Dharma-Poshanam's discretion.
- Annual plans: pro-rata refund for unused months minus a ₹1,000 admin fee.
Data after cancellation
- 90 days grace: re-subscribe within this window and your data is restored exactly as it was.
- After 90 days: data is permanently deleted from primary database. Backups age out within 30 days thereafter.
Refund processing time
- Razorpay (India): credited to the original payment method within 7 business days.
- Stripe (international): credited within 5-10 business days.
