1. Acceptance
By creating an account on Aayojana, you (the tenant) agree to these terms.
2. Service description
Aayojana is a multi-tenant SaaS ERP for Dharmika institutions, operated by Dharma-Poshanam (the "Provider"). It provides member management, donation tracking, statutory document storage, accounting, compliance reminders, and related modules.
3. Subscription & billing
- Free 30-day trial on signup.
- Paid plans: Starter, Plus, Complete (see Pricing page).
- Billing handled by Razorpay (India) or Stripe (international).
- Invoices issued monthly. Late payment after 7 days suspends write access; data remains intact and can be reactivated by clearing dues.
4. Tenant responsibilities
- Maintain accurate member and donation data.
- Comply with applicable laws (Income Tax Act, FCRA, GST, state regulations).
- Never enter sensitive data of third parties without their consent.
- Promptly notify Dharma-Poshanam of any security concern.
5. Provider responsibilities
- 99.5% uptime target (excludes scheduled maintenance windows).
- Daily encrypted backups, 30-day retention.
- Reasonable security measures: TLS, hashed passwords, audit trail.
- Email and platform-admin support during business hours.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dharma-Poshanam's total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the subscription fees paid by the tenant in that period.
7. Termination
- Tenant may cancel any time from the Subscription page; data export is provided for 90 days after cancellation, then deleted.
- Provider may terminate accounts that violate these terms with 30 days written notice.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India and the courts of Mysuru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
