Why it exists: Daily operations consume samagri (rice, ghee, flowers, dhoop, oils), kitchen supplies, books, prasadam ingredients. Some come via purchase, some as donations-in-kind, some as gifts. Tracking what's on hand, when it was bought/received, and where it's been dispensed prevents both waste and shortage.
